Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. signed an employee stock ownership trust signing ceremony with Cooperative Bank today (the 13th). Dr. Frank Huang, chairman of Power Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., said that in order to improve the welfare of employees, our company has specially planned an employee stock purchase plan. The company will subsidize 50% to encourage employees to buy regular quotas of PSMC shares and use Taiwan Cooperative Bank's shareholding trust mechanism to help employees make long-term investments and enjoy the profit returns of growing together with the company.
